Enthusiastic B.Tech CSE student at SRM University AP — passionate about building efficient solutions, from systems programming in C to modern web experiences. Always learning, always shipping.
CS student by day, builder by passion. I love the full journey from concept to working software.
I'm Koushik Challa, a first-year B.Tech Computer Science Engineering student at SRM University AP. My journey in programming started with C and quickly expanded to C++, Python, and web development.
I enjoy building practical projects — from a feature-rich console-based social network to responsive frontend interfaces. I believe in learning by doing, and every project teaches me something new about software architecture, problem-solving, and clean code.
Currently I'm deepening my understanding of data structures, algorithms, and backend principles, while keeping my frontend skills sharp. I'm actively seeking internship opportunities to apply my knowledge in a real-world environment.
Languages, frameworks, and tools I use to build things.
A selection of projects that reflect my learning journey and technical interests.
A Facebook-inspired console application built entirely in C. Features user registration with email validation, login system, friend requests (send / accept / reject), posting messages, and persistent file-based storage.
A clean, responsive portfolio site built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript showcasing projects, skills, education, and contact info. Deployed on GitHub Pages with smooth navigation and modern UI.
A collection of practical Python scripts: calculator with full expression parsing, pattern generator, string manipulation utilities, and basic data processing / file automation tools.
A ride-request and allocation prototype featuring dynamic fare calculation and basic driver-rider matching logic. Architecture designed to scale, with a console core and a simple web-based mockup interface.
Internship opportunities, project collabs, or just want to chat about code — I'm all ears.
I'm currently open to internship opportunities and collaborative projects. Whether you have a role that matches my skills or just want to say hi — drop a message!
